    Same here. Everything is correct and the background check button is greyed out. I completed everything else and need my certification soonest to coach, please help! There is no customer service number to call!

    Same issue and have emailed and Facebook messaged with no response. No phone number to call that I can find either. Has anyone gotten this resolved?
