Why was my License Card submission rejected?

Cards may be rejected due to the photo or mailing address discrepancies. Please make sure to upload a photo that meets the following requirements:

A head shot only (passport/driver's license style image). It is best if taken with a light-colored background. Images with sunglasses, or other people, items or logos, or images that are not a head shot with eyes forward will not be accepted. *Photos must in the one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, or .jpeg. 

If your license card was rejected because of the mailing address, it most likely is because the apartment/suite/unit number was not entered on address line 2. Log into your coach account at www.community.usab.com to make the appropriate update.

Additionally, the information must not include special characters or symbols.
