We recommend that you try using a different device and/or internet browser. If the link is still not working, please try the steps below:
- Open your profile and click the "start background screening" bubble.
- The Sterling Volunteers website should open in a new tab. This is where you have been seeing the invalid link. Exit out of this tab.
- Refresh your coach account profile and click the “start background screening” bubble again. The Sterling Volunteers website should now open, reading “Welcome to Sterling Volunteers.” Enter your information and start the screening.
*You may need to complete these steps twice.
