On the www.community.usab.com website, click the “login” box in the top right corner. Click the link next to “forgot password” and enter your email on the next page. You will receive an email with directions on how to reset your password to the same email address on your USA Basketball profile. Please check your junk or spam folder for the reset email if you do not see it in your inbox.

Tried signing on but its telling me my email invalid.
I tried several times!
I just created the username (email) and password a couple hours ago and now they don’t work. How long after you request a password reset will an email be sent to reset it? I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes. I paid for the license in order to complete the course tonight and now I can not. This is Crap. Your website is terrible to navigate as well. It’s 2020 get with it.
