What is the mentorship program?

The USA Basketball Women in the Game Mentorship program connects conference attendees (mentees) with experienced professionals in the sports industry (mentors) to develop personal and professional goals, gain new perspectives and position themselves to advance within their current or future careers. Discussion topics guide the interaction between the mentees and mentors through phone, email and virtual communication.

Application into the mentorship program is entirely optional, and there are no additional fees should an attendee be selected into the program. 

If you have attended a Women in the Game conference previously, you are eligible to apply and will be sent an email following the event.
