What if my Safe Sport course is not showing on my Dashboard?

All licensed coaches are required to complete a Safe Sport Course each license season.

If your Safe Sport course is not showing on your dashboard, first please try logging out of community.usab.com, and logging back in. It can take a few seconds for the course to load on your dashboard after you click continue.

If the Safe Sport course still does not show on your dashboard, please contact [e-mail], and we can help restore that course.

Additionally, if your email with Safe Sport is different than your USA Basketball coach profile, the account may not be recognized. Please contact Safe Sport to have them update your email address to be the same email as your Coach License.
