Do I need to send two forms of identification to complete my background screening?

If your name and personal information on your profile on community.usab.com are exactly correct, you do not need to send us two forms of identification to complete your background screening or proceed.

You do need to send two forms of legal documentation if you need to change personal information, such as your name or date of birth, etc., or if requested by USA Basketball or our screening provider.

USA Basketball or Sterling Volunteers may request your forms of identification to prove various personal information (i.e., full name, address, date of birth).
