What if I can't enter my city or state?

The system does not allow users to type out the name of the city and state -- you must select from a list. Here are instructions for how to proceed. Please make sure your browser's auto populating fields are turned off.

First, begin by deleting all of the information from the address fields, including street address, city, state and postal code, so those fields are blank.

Then, enter your street address.

Second, enter your state. To do that, begin typing the first two letters, such as "Te" for Texas. Once you type the first two letters, a list of states will appear, and you should select the correct state from that list.

Third, enter your city using the same process - type the first two letters of your city, and it will appear as an option to select.

Lastly, enter your postal code with no extra spaces.
