How do I find the participant waiver?

To find the sample participant waiver, which is one component required for your coach license insurance to be valid, please log in to your profile at community.usab.com.

Once you are logged in, click on the menu on the top right with the three horizontal lines, and click on "Resources."

Once you land on the resources page, change the file type in the drop-down menu to documents, and the sample waiver will be among the results.
