How is the e-learning program different from the coach license program?

The e-learning program is to support organizations wanting to provide training and development to their coaches. Organizations can select from a variety of USA Basketball courses to customize a learning plan for their members, and their learning plan does not expire each September, unlike the coach license program. Additionally, a background screen and Safe Sport course are not components of learning plans.
